Defense Ministry inspection finds major shortcomings in Caspian exercise preparations
ASTANA. Oct 5 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – A commission auditing Kazakhstan's Defense Ministry has found significant shortcomings in the preparation and planning of exercises during which 14 servicemen died in the Caspian Sea, the presidential press service said.
