Kazakhstan calls on UN Security Council not to isolate Afghanistan

ASTANA. Sept 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Isolating Afghanistan is not a sustainable solution, and the international community should continue engaging with the country's de facto authorities, Kazakhstan's permanent representative to the UN, Kairat Umarov, said.
