ASTANA. Sept 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Enforcement of a 2.3 trillion tenge environmental fine against the operator of Kazakhstan's giant Kashagan oil field has been suspended after the company challenged the bailiff's actions, the Justice Ministry said Wednesday.
