Kazakh refinery to process Russian oil, return 30% of fuel to Russia – Energy Ministry

ASTANA. Aug 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan's Kondensat refinery will accept Russian oil for processing, Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov said.
