ASTANA. July 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Hydrocarbon production at the Karachaganak field has been restored after a forced reduction in late June caused by an incident at Russia’s Orenburg gas processing plant, the Kazakh Energy Ministry told Interfax-Kazakhstan.
