Kazakh regulator, National Bank postpone mortgage rate cap cut to Jan 1, 2027

ASTANA. July 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) -- Kazakhstan's Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market and the National Bank have postponed the reduction of the ceiling on annual effective interest rates for mortgage loans from 25% to 20% until January 1, 2027.
