ASTANA. June 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said Tuesday that ensuring the stable operation of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium is a critical strategic priority, as Kazakhstan seeks to increase oil shipments to European markets.
