Tokayev says new cooperation plan with Kyrgyzstan will give fresh impetus to relations

ASTANA. Aug 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said a newly adopted comprehensive cooperation plan between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan will give new momentum to bilateral relations, the presidential press service reported.
