CSTO exercises not targeting third countries - Joint Staff chief

MOSCOW. Aug 21 (Interfax) - The upcoming exercise of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) is a scheduled event, which does not target third countries, Chief of the CSTO Joint Staff Andrei Serdyukov said.
