Russia plans to keep vehicle recycling fee deferral for domestic automakers in 2027

MOSCOW. Oct 23 (Interfax) – Russia's Industry and Trade Ministry plans to retain the deferral of vehicle recycling fees for domestic manufacturers of autos, trailers and self-propelled equipment holding special investment contracts through 2027, according to a draft government resolution.
