Tokayev to give annual address to nation on Oct 28
ASTANA. Oct 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will deliver his yearly state-of-the-nation address on the morning of Oct 28, he said on social media.
